Developing Bespoke Air Delivery Units

Since joining Natgraph in January 2024, Paul, one of our Mechanical Design Engineers, has seamlessly become an integral part of our busy design team.

A 2019 graduate in Product Design Engineering, Paul’s previous roles have honed his skills in designing solutions for electromagnetic interference and noise control within industrial and power applications.

His proven ability to manage the transmission of sound during production equipment design is directly benefiting the design and optimisation of Natgraph’s industrial drying, curing, cooling and automated stacker modules.

Paul is now applying his expertise to a variety of Natgraph’s special projects, including the design of customised solutions. He is currently focused on developing bespoke air delivery units, which deliver precise and controlled heat to web substrates through the use of air knives.

These heating elements are designed for integration into our customers’ existing modular cabinets, complete with heat recirculation and fume extraction systems. This work supports a long-term partner, renowned for their innovative and compact automated converting lines, encompassing processes such as hot foil stamping, screen printing and laser die cutting.
