Sportswear and workwear increasingly feature branding and other design details that are printed separately and applied retrospectively to the garment.

Sportswear and workwear increasingly feature branding and other design details that are printed separately and applied retrospectively to the garment. This technique is generally reserved for high quality garments and ensures wash-ability and durability. There are various ink systems and methods used to derive the impression, but all require screen printing to a greater or leser extent. Screen printing remains the method for creating the highest quality impression from multiple colours whilst digital printing is an alternative solution. In almost all cases a screen printed flood on the reverse of the image is required to ensure opacity to a degree that is currently not possible digitally.

Natgraph has over 40 years of experience in providing drying and curing solutions.

We design and manufacture all aspects of our products in our vertically integrated Nottinghamshire factory and are routinely asked to build equipment with very specific features. This means that in addition to well established and proven layouts for numerous applications, we are also able to cater for the less conventional process.
