Our Products

Natgraph’s long experience and extensive product range founded on 40 years of focus on the Industrial Print market means that we have the solution you need.

Dryer width generally relates directly to the width of the substrate being printed or coated on. Natgraph offers a range of standard belt/curing widths from 60cm (UV only) to 260cm.

Dryer length relates directly to process speed and chemistry. There are well established norms that can often be applied, but in the event this needs to be specified we have the equipment and expertise to do this within the Drying Solutions Centre. Please get in touch for necessary advice and support.

If your requirements are not met by the sizes above, please let us know. Because we design and manufacture all aspects of our products, we are routinely asked to build equipment with very specific features. This means that in addition to well established and proven layouts for numerous applications we are also well able to cater for the less conventional process.

Heat Exchangers

  • In order to maintain a safe solvent load in the dryer we bleed some of the used, solvent loaded and energy rich air out of the dryer.
  • Heat Exchangers will recover up to 60% of that energy and invest it into the incoming fresh top up air. This means the dryer needs to work less hard to get the new air up to temperature and therefore saves on energy costs.
