Drying, Curing and Chilling Module Sub-Assemblies.

Trevor, one of Natgraph’s skilled and dedicated mechanical engineers, plays a key role in assembling our electro-mechanical drying, curing, and chilling module sub-assemblies.

Currently, Trevor is focused on producing modules for a long-standing and valued customer, a leader in manufacturing industrial screen-printing machines. These machines support global innovators who develop critical applications in established and emerging markets.

Trevor is assembling pre-fabricated sub-assemblies essential to five specific modules under production: one for ultraviolet processing, three for delivering precise heat, and a refrigerated module for the cooling phase, along with the inlet wing.

In addition to constructing heavy-duty heat reflectors, fans, and filter components, Trevor ensures the efficient management and control of sub-assembly stock. This meticulous approach guarantees that every module is ready on time for the next phase of production.
