Drying and Curing Module Panel Wiring

Electrical panel wirer Frank has been part of our skilled professional team for over 5 years, tasked with assembling the power and control of our drying, curing and cooling modules required for various industrial applications.

He’s been working on the wiring required for multiple drying modules currently moving through production for our long-standing and well-established customer known for manufacturing industrial screen-printing machines for applications globally.

In total, five modules are in production – one for the ultraviolet process, three designed to deliver precise heat and one refrigerated module for the cooling phase of the process, along with the inlet wing.

Frank’s understanding of our electrical systems, components and wiring techniques is crucial for installing the wiring in the electrical control panels, cabinets and junction boxes that link the various drying and curing modules together which are linked to the control panel.

Our panel wirers are experienced with reading and interpreting the electrical schematics and wiring diagrams that our design engineers produce, playing a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the electrical systems to prevent errors or malfunctions.

Working in our dedicated panel design and prototyping workshop space, Frank ensures all our electro-mechanical modules meet the high expectations our customer’s demand.
