Table Top Exposure & (CD) Drying Systems

Natgraph manufactures a range of Table Top Exposure Systems and Drying Cabinets to expose and dry small format screen frame sizes in the minimum of space.  The Exposure System units utilise a high efficiency, 1600 Watt Metal Halide lamp, with an automatic shutter system controlled by a Light Integrator, emitting UV light in both the 365nm and 420nm wavelengths.  This unique, sealed beam lamp is extremely efficient, with a dual output, resulting in fast and well defined exposures of both Diazo and Photopolymer products.

As described, these units will sit on top of an existing worksurface or can be combined with a Natgraph Drying Cabinet to fully utilise the floor area.  In this way, screens can be exposed and dried in a combination of high technology equipment only slightly larger than the screen frame itself.

These systems are ideal for stencil processing for CD printing, a special version of the Natgraph Drying Cabinet, model 0 has been developed for this purpose.

Drying Cabinet model 0

The Natgraph Horizontal Screen Frame Drying Cabinet model 0 has been developed to provide fast drying of photo stencils and screen frames in controlled drying conditions.  This unit will accept screen frames to print small print formats.

The cabinet has 5 drying levels, each with 2 sliding frame support bars to accept any frame size within the unit's capacity, or as an option, a set of ‘T' bars can be fitted to allow 2 smaller frames on each level.

Drying of the coated screens or capillary film is achieved by recirculation fans in the rear of the cabinet, these have heating elements that are temperature regulated by a programmable controller linked to a thermocouple located within the air path.  2 full sized, insulated access doors are located at the front of the unit.

These cabinets are supplied with a useful laminate faced work top as standard, but can also be manufactured with an optional fan cooled, illuminated glass top with diffuser to aid with film positive/stencil comparison and ‘stencil touch up'.  All models are fully insulated with a double skinned construction.  The cabinet is on castors for mobility and has adjustable feet for final positioning.

This unit requires a single phase power supply.
